What we process and why

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we process your email address to send release updates. Subscription uses double opt-in; the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, for electronic marketing, the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link. Our email processor is Brevo (Sendinblue), acting under a data processing agreement.

Contact form: we process the name, email and message you send in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for licensing enquiries, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers, so no consent banner is required. Only aggregate, anonymous usage statistics are produced.

Retention

Contact enquiries: up to 12 months. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). To exercise any right, email us.

AI disclosure

Creative Brand Pro music is produced in human-AI collaboration. Each release states its human-to-AI contribution ratio. EU AI Act Art. 50 (transparency, applicable 2 August 2026).
